Hospital guide
Giving birth at Mary Washington Hospital
Mary Washington Hospital offers standard-sized labor and delivery rooms, with one labor tub available in a single room on a first-come, first-served basis. In my experience, their policy restricts tub use after your water breaks. The care teams have generally been supportive of both medicated and non-medicated birth preferences, and I have also supported families pursuing VBACs here who received encouraging, collaborative care.
